Damages and Returns Policy
1: Damages and Returns
All damages must be reported within (24 HOURS) of signing for deliveries or we cannot claim on our insurance. Photographs must be provided of the damage item and the packaging.
No replacements or refunds will be accepted after this point.
All of our products are bespoke and handmade and therefore no two products are ever the same, we cannot accept returns for products made by us unless they are damaged or faulty.
DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24HRS OF SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES OR WE CANNOT CLAIM ON OUR INSURANCE.
NO REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
We will provide you a refund for the full price of any product properly reported as damaged in the time frame under this policy, that photographs have been provided and we have proof of the state of the packaging.
3: Improper returns or late reports
If you do not report damages within the (24hr) time frame, then:
(3a) We will not refund or exchange the product or offer any replacements.
